The Sports and Entertainment Law Journal (SELJ) seeks to promote debate and dialogue on issues concerning the developing fields of Sports and Entertainment Law. SELJ provides research and analysis on such diverse areas including agency law, anti-trust law, contract law, cyber law, entertainment law, intellectual property law, labor law, rights of publicity, sports law, and the First Amendment. SELJ publishes biannually in the fall and spring in both digital and print versions.
All manuscript submissions should include the author’s curriculum vitae or resume and all articles are reviewed on a rolling basis.
Text and Citations should conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st ed. 2020).
The Sports and Entertainment Law Journal should be cited as: Ariz. St. Sports & Ent. L.J.
